Our classrooms are large, inviting and sunny. Each room is equipped with a dramatic play area, music center, book center, sensory table, easels, and large and small manipulative equipment.
The school has a large fully equipped fenced playground with a riding track covered in 1” rubber tiles for riding toys, climbing structure, large sandbox, and playhouse. A large private grassy area is also available for class play. During inclement weather, the children can play in our spacious indoor recreational room.
I highly recommend Ascension Lutheran Nursery school. I have three sons all of whom which have attended or are currently attending this pre-school and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The entire staff is warm and caring. They balance play with learning and offer a very rich environment of hands on and outdoor activities. ALNS is the absolute best! - Chi
